About the Role:

As Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance, managing reporting cycles, and delivering strategic insights to senior stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative business at the forefront of the online gambling and digital entertainment space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
• Oversee payroll reviews, reconciliations, and year-end processes
• Monitor cashflow and coordinate funding and supplier payments
• Ensure compliance with SOX, HMRC, and internal controls
• Lead audit preparation and manage external auditor relationships
• Oversee statutory submissions, including P11Ds and PAYE agreements
• Maintain and improve ERP and finance systems
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Ensure adherence to group accounting policies and risk controls

About You:

• ACA/ACCA qualified with 2+ years of industry experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
