The Role

As our Finance Manager, you’ll lead our finance team and take ownership of Omni’s financial operations and reporting. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the finance team
  • Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and forecasting
  • Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, variance analysis)
  • Deliver timely monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Oversee payroll and employee benefits (pension, healthcare, insurance)
  • Ensure robust cost control and financial governance
  • Manage year-end processes and liaise with auditors
  • Handle invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control
  • Support commercial pricing for tenders and re-tenders

    About You:

    • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience
    • Proven track record in a senior finance role within a growing SME
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
    • Confident presenting financial data to senior stakeholders
    • Tech-savvy with a passion for process improvement
    • Experience leading high-performing finance teams is a plus
    • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
