My client are a global Investment Management business who are looking for a Junior Finance Analyst to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Supporting key operational processes to ensure transactions are appropriately recorded.
- Ensure drawdown notices and administrative procedures around cashflow are supported by robust audit trail.
- Support key reporting processes to Corporate Functions, Group and Local Boards which may include in-depth analysis and investment support.
- Ensuring documentation and data is stored appropriately and accessibly.
- Organise data in meaningful way for easy retrieval and traceability
- Maintain an organised and easy to follow audit trail to support data and key metrics
- Maintenance and input of data into various in-house electronic systems for MI reporting purposes.
- Support and assistance in maintenance of document management systems.
- Assist with the collation of due diligence and ongoing fund compliance requirements.
- Drive transformation efforts and embed the entrepreneurial attitudes within the team of continual process management and improvement.
- Build relationships with key colleagues and stakeholders.
- Communicate any issues and blockages efficiently, working closely with key line manager and wider team to ensure actions are resolved or escalated in a timely manner.
- Provide insight and opinion to drive simplification and standardisation of systems and processes whilst enhancing the control environment.
Experience:
Studying finance or with an interest in finance and operations.
Data management skills, intermediate excel and Power BI would be beneficial.
