Financial Analyst

• Finance Analyst - Newly Qualified (ACA\ICAEW) or 1-2 Yrs PQE
• Day Rate Contract - Inside IR35
• Reading | Hybrid (2-3 days per week on site)
• You must be available to start immediately
• You must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for Sponsorship

The role is financial accounting focused with a wide remit, so there will also be a requirement to support commercial issues, management accounting, reporting and analysis.

Given the nature of the work, this role will suit someone who is flexible, enjoys learning and creating new processes to add real value to an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of financial information requirements for the M&A transaction.
• Lead on the delivery of relevant contractual obligations, gaining a deep understanding of the key elements of commercial agreements.
• Supporting the Finance Manager on all financial and management accounting and reporting.
• Lead the provision of required information on Project-related audits and AUP.
• Supporting commercial discussions between UK and external suppliers.

Experience

• New Qualified (ACA\ICAEW) or Post Qualified (1-2 Yrs.)
• Strong understanding of external statutory and non-statutory audits, including methodologies, requirements and processes
• Financial accounting
• Self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and drive changes / improvements
• Strong communications skills to deal with individuals / teams within and external to the organisation
