Financial Controller.
Location: Wimbledon (Hybrid).
Salary: Competitive based on experience.
Are you an experienced finance professional ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, international environment? ProAmpac London Limited is looking for a Financial Controller to join our leadership team and drive financial performance across our UK and Irish operations.
You’ll manage a team of five, oversee month-end reporting, lead budgeting and forecasting, and ensure statutory compliance — all while partnering closely with our US parent company. This is a hands-on role that blends strategic influence with operational control.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- Providing insightful financial analysis to support operations
- Managing a high-performing finance team
- Driving ERP data accuracy and working capital improvements
- Overseeing audit, tax, and compliance activities
What we're looking for:
- CIMA (or equivalent) qualified with strong post-qualification experience
- Background in manufacturing or a similar dynamic industry
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and ideally SQL
- A proactive, detail-focused, and commercially aware mindset
Experience: Previous experience working in a Manufacturing business.
