FP&A Analyst | Permanent | Hybrid (4 days in the office p/w) | £70-£75k | City of London
Investigo are partnering with a a growing Fintech organisation based in the City of London.
About the role
A newly created position within a growing international business unit, this opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for supporting strategic decision-making through the development of financial models, scenario analysis, and collaboration with teams across multiple regions. This London-based role reports to the Head of International FP&A and involves working closely with both local and international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional and in-country teams to support the international FP&A function.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to assist with business planning and decision support.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess the financial and operational impact of key initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional partners to develop budgets, facilitate financial reviews, and standardise reporting processes.
- Contribute to the delivery of high-impact projects from planning through to execution, including:
- Reforecasting and outlook cycles
- Annual budgeting processes for international business units and corporate functions, integrating outputs into group-wide planning
- Analyse financial results and variances, providing clear commentary and insight on trends and performance against plan.
Candidate Profile
- A recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or an MBA is highly desirable
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial modelling, or finance business partnering, ideally within a global or multi-national environment
- Strong Excel skills, with a passion for systems, data and processes.
- Familiarity with international business operations, particularly across EMEA and LATAM regions
- Industry experience in insurance, financial services, or related sectors is advantageous
