  • Based at our Shared Service Centre, Stockport (Hybrid Working)
  • £70,000 + 10% completion bonus

We’re now looking for an experienced and hands-on FP&A Implementation Lead to guide the rollout of our new financial planning & analysis software across the entire UK business. This is a rare opportunity to deliver real change in a complex organisation, supporting better insight, faster planning, and stronger commercial decisions.


What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll lead all financial workstreams of the FP&A system implementation, ensuring a smooth and effective transition from existing planning processes. Working closely with finance colleagues, senior stakeholders and project partners, you’ll help shape how we plan and forecast for years to come.
  • Implementation is already underway, so we’re looking for someone who can step in, pick things up quickly and make an immediate impact.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Leading the financial elements of our FP&A system implementation
  • Engaging with finance teams to gather requirements and ensure a smooth transition of existing processes
  • Defining statements of work and managing project timelines
  • Overseeing system configuration and supporting user acceptance testing
  • Working alongside the Project Manager to ensure an aligned and coherent delivery
  • Reporting progress to leadership and flagging risks or issues early


What we’re looking for

  • A qualified finance professional (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong FP&A experience
  • Proven track record leading or supporting finance systems implementations
  • Sound knowledge of financial planning processes and accounting standards
  • Confident communicator, able to engage across teams and at all levels
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Strong Excel skills essential; knowledge of Oracle and/or Vena would be an advantage
  • A proactive, can-do attitude—you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
