Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

🚨 We're Hiring: Finance Manager – UK & Ireland (Remote, Full-Time) 🚨

Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a hands-on approach and a passion for precision? A fast-growing, globally backed healthcare innovator is looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance and accounting functions across the UK & Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside senior regional leadership while collaborating with global finance teams. If you're experienced in FP&A, collections, payables, inventory, and statutory reporting – we want to hear from you.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling to drive effective decision-making.
• Manage the month- and quarter-end close processes in partnership with the global finance team.
• Oversee vendor payments, payroll, and general ledger activities while ensuring internal controls and accuracy.
• Ensure full compliance with UK and Irish tax, statutory, and audit requirements.
• Drive cash flow forecasting and optimise capital allocation strategies.
• Support inventory and COGS accounting, working closely with supply chain teams.
• Enhance systems and reporting tools to strengthen FP&A and accounting processes.

🧩 What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• ACA qualified
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar finance role, with a strong track record across collections, payables, and inventory.
• Working knowledge of UK/Irish GAAP and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in financial tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and/or QuickBooks Online, plus advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in a global or subsidiary structure – biotech/medtech/pharma exposure is a bonus.
