FP&A Manager being hired for high growth PE backed technology business based in Buckinghamshire.
£70,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience)
To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Proven Experience in Private Equity
- Demonstrated Leadership in Team Management
- Proficiency in Analytical Tools, including Power BI, for data-driven decision-making
- End-to-End Ownership of Budgeting & Forecasting, ensuring financial accuracy and strategic alignment
- Strong Business Partnering Skills, with tangible examples of cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth
