About The Role
As a Fleet Service Advisor you will be responsible for the management of workshop service bookings. You will also take ownership for our bespoke Fleet database and will create any fleet management reports required by the business.
Location
The position is located at our Hayes Office UB3
Hours
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm 37.5 Hours per week

This role reports to the Fleet Operations Manager

Requirements
Main Accountabilities
- Management of workshop bookings schedule
- Creation of all Fleet Management reports
- Take ownership of our bespoke Fleet Database
Key Skills And Experience
- Service Advisor knowledge is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good Attitude to work and able to build effective relationships with colleagues
