Flight Services Executive

If so, a role with us as a Flight Services Executive could be the position for you!

This opportunity offers a blend of delivering support, revenue and profitability to the Private Jets UK team, as well as active participation in various field activities, such as sales presentations, airline logistics meetings, aircraft viewings, flight riding or flight dispatch, and corporate hospitality.

You’ll provide first-class assistance to the Private Jets Account Management and Business Development teams in all aspects of day-to-day trading, along with coordinating aircraft charter solutions for new and existing clients.

Success in this role requires proactivity, resourcefulness, a collaborative nature and a close eye for detail. Ideal candidates will possess a background in aviation or luxury/high-end sectors, where a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is paramount.

Accountabilities

• Achieve team targets set for each financial year
• Provide support to the Private Jets Business Development Team in all aspects of day-to-day trading
• Maintenance and growth of existing client base
• Ensure all new enquiries are entered correctly into D365 and updated on a regular basis
• Speedy turnaround of new and existing client enquiries
• Support Customer First to its full extent
• Research relevant industry data to create new sales leads
• Ensure flight files are updated and invoiced correctly
• Conform to all company processes and procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Good understanding of changing markets both in aviation and/or the luxury sector
• Customer focused with good people skills
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience working in an international environment desirable
• Previous sales or customer service experience ideal
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• IT literate with the ability to learn the functions of a new system
• Numerate, efficient and accurate
• Logical approach to problem solving and adapt at keeping up with a changing situation
• Competitive and highly motivated
