Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients in a fast-paced and competitive environment. With a strong foundation in Foreign Exchange and International Payments, the SRM will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth while leading and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs).

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring tailored solutions meet their specific needs.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through strategic relationship management and a deep understanding of client requirements.

Revenue Growth

  • Drive individual and team revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Utilize industry expertise and innovative strategies to expand the client base and market share.

Leadership and Mentoring

  • Inspire and motivate a team of BDMs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Act as a role model, sharing expertise and insights to develop the team’s skills and capabilities.

Strategic Impact

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and deliver the company’s long-term growth plans.
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and maintain accountability for personal and team targets.

Industry Expertise and Compliance

  • Leverage hands-on experience in Foreign Exchange, International Payments, and hedging to deliver informed, value-added client solutions.
  • Uphold industry best practices and compliance with FCA regulations, ensuring integrity in all client interactions and sales activities.


Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5+ years in a senior client-facing role, preferably within FX in financial services.
  • CF30 qualified and a CISI Chartered Member (desirable)
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Demonstrates resilience, ambition, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client-centric solutions.
