Foundation Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Foundation’s work by providing high-quality administrative support to the Senior Management Team (SMT) and the Director of Foundation. You will oversee reporting, compliance, and data management while maintaining excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Impact In The Role
- Administrative & Compliance Support: Provide essential administrative support to the Senior Management Team (SMT) and Director of the Foundation, ensuring compliance is maintained across all operations. Maintain accurate records, process invoices, coordinate meetings, and manage due diligence documentation.
- Data & Reporting Management: Support the monitoring and evaluation of Foundation activities, including Employment Support and Tenancy Sustainment KPIs. Assist with data extraction, filtering, and analysis using Excel, ensuring reports are accurate and insightful.
- Grant & Funding Coordination: Review grant applications, complete scoring sheets, and attend panel meetings to assess and approve funding requests. Assist in tracking funded projects, ensuring they align with the Foundation’s objectives.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Manage the Foundation inbox, respond to internal and external queries, and support the development of internal and external communications, including social media and website updates. Plan and prepare content for L&Q Foundation bulletins, gathering engaging good news stories and drafting compelling narrative text to ensure cohesive and effective messaging.
- Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: Complete monthly quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy of reporting dashboards, identify data discrepancies, and provide feedback for improvements.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Organize and support departmental meetings, workshops, and learning sessions, ensuring the Foundation’s activities are effectively communicated across L&Q.
What You'll Bring
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Strong Administrative Skills: Proven experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment, particularly to senior leadership teams.
- Attention to Detail & Compliance Awareness: Ability to ensure compliance, maintain accurate records, and track key reporting requirements.
- IT, Data & Research Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and the ability to carry out simple data analysis to support reporting and programme evaluation.
- Excellent Communication & Collaboration: Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, manage inboxes and correspondence, and coordinate responses effectively across multiple channels, contributing to Foundation communications.
- Ability to Prioritize & Multi-Task: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting multiple teams.
