• Develop and implement advanced Bayesian statistical models

What we're looking for:

• A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field from top universities
• Proven experience with Bayesian methods, statistics, probabilistic modelling, or deep learning, especially in small-data contexts
• Proficiency in frameworks such as Stan, Pyro, or libraries like JAX
• Bonus: Familiarity with clinical research, drug design, bioprocessing, or experimental design optimisation
• A strong interest in being part of an early-stage startup and taking ownership
• A collaborative and proactive mindset
• Intellectual curiosity and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment
