We are looking to appoint a Framework Administrator to come and support our Framework Team and Partners. This will include answering queries regarding Frameworks, and will also include liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
Principal Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
- Assist with the co-ordination of continual improvement plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of framework training and guidance documents.
- Administer company data systems including SharePoint and Asite.
- Ensure that data on the framework is accurately collected, updated, analysed and reported in a timely manner and take appropriate action as well as assist in the compliance of data requirements.
- Support framework team to complete audits in line with framework agreement.
- Work collaboratively across the business, in particular with job leads and framework partners, to ensure projects are compliant with specific framework requirements.
- Respond to framework queries and support framework users

In order to be considered for this role you must have
- Experience with administrative systems and support, gained in a similar role
- Excellent level of Microsoft Office programmes, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Good demonstrable standard of written and spoken English
In order to stand out from the crowd it is desirable for you to have
- Knowledge of quality management systems
- Previous experience of working with frameworks
- Previous experience of creating reports
