The Opportunity
This role is to work across two of Iris’ largest accounts; Samsung and Nectar.
Samsung is the agency’s largest and most integrated account. A true embodiment of the multi-specialism agency offering. The Samsung team are split into business divisions and half of this role is to join the Samsung Europe team. Our mission is to drive cross category sales on Dotcom and eRetailers across Europe through ‘never been done before’ promotional propositions and producing engaging digital content and toolkits. This role is pivotal in making this happen.
The other half of this role is to work on Nectar, a social first account within Iris, with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive in the UK to deliver the always on organic social plan across TikTok and Instagram working with a Community Manager internally at Iris.
How you'd spend your day
On Samsung, externally you will be working closely with the European lead for ‘Demand Generation’ and a Marketing Manager at Samsung, as well as an Account Director, Strategist, Producer and a team of Designers within Iris to deliver promotional concepts, sell in decks and high-volume promotional campaigns and toolkits for European markets.
Your main focus will be running medium and supporting on larger promotional briefs. The Samsung Client team will also rely on you for delivery and client management excellence. We’ll expect you to build excellent relationships with the direct client team and earn their trust
quickly.This is a very fast paced account so collaboration, enthusiasm and clarity of communication are really important in this role.
On Nectar, externally you’ll be working with the Marketing Manager and the Marketing Executive, and internally with a Community Manager / Content Creator, Strategist and a Group Account Director on fulfilling an always on organic content plan to meet their business objectives to drive engagement. There may also be some adhoc briefs on this account – delivering monthly competitor reports, social media and print assets for paid media and updating toolkits.
