Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Sports Therapist, Sports Rehabilitator, Physiotherapist, or Osteopath to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in their qualified field. The candidate must have a strong passion for helping clients achieve their health and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive injury assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including manual therapy, massage, and other therapeutic techniques.
- Design and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to the needs of the client.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best approach.
- Problem solve and adapt where necessary.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and overall wellness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client notes.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Therapy, Sports rehabilitator, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, or a related field.
- Must be registered with the correct health care regulation; Sports Therapist (SST) Physiotherapist (HCPC), or Osteopath (HCPC)
- Proven experience in a clinical or sports setting is desirable but not mandatory. Willing to interview new graduates if their application is favourable.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
