We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Front Office Charles River Development Specialist to support our Global Investment teams in optimising the Charles River Investment Management System (CRD). This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our front office workflows, working closely with internal teams and external partners like State Street. What you’ll be doing:

• Representing Investments on daily calls to triage and communicate platform issues
• Monitoring shared communication channels and responding to front office queries
• Collaborating with IT support to resolve Charles River Development workflow issues efficiently
• Developing tracking methods to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Reporting outstanding items and change requests to senior stakeholders
• Ensuring internal risk processes are followed for platform-related issues
• Coordinating with external partners to manage and prioritise Charles River Development changes
• Communicating escalation paths and support processes to investment teams
  
  

Who we’re looking for:

• Ideally 7+yesrs experience in front office or investment roles
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of investment processes and products
• Applying hands-on experience with platforms like Charles River Development , Aladdin or State Street
• Communicating clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels
• Understanding software development life cycles and project delivery
• Collaborating effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Managing multiple priorities and delivering under tight deadlines
• Using Excel and PowerPoint proficiently to support reporting and analysis
