We have an excellent opportunity for a 5 years PQE experienced Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity Solicitor to join our highly regarded team, which is one of the largest in the South West and is recommended in the Legal 500 2025 rankings
You must have a range of experience advising private clients about Wills, probate, wealth preservation and succession planning. Full STEP Membership and being a Fully Accredited Member of SFE is desirable but not essential.
