Funds Lawyer

Our customer, an international law firm is looking for a Funds Lawyer.

Role: Funds Lawyer

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite in London

Duration: Ongoing interim or permanent

General Overview: Advising both fund managers and investors on various private funds transactions. This includes fund formations, raisings, investments, and structuring of both UK and international funds. The role also involves experience in secondary transactions and advising on London-listed funds.

Key Requirements (Must Haves):

• Funds Experience - structuring, establishment, management, marketing and restructuring of onshore and offshore private funds
• Experience advising on general corporate, regulatory and compliance matters and service provider documentation for investment funds and their managers,
• Experience across Financial Services (specifically investment and asset management) in the U.K. & Europe and worked on and structured both regulated and unregulated funds
• Bar Licence/Qualification: UK Qualified (or EU with UK Exp) and approx. 5-12 years PQE
