What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving revenue – Collecting rental income from garages, barrow stores, and non-residential properties.
- Engaging with tenants – Being the first point of contact for rent queries, resolving disputes, and negotiating payment plans.
- Making key decisions – Determining legal action on arrears cases and influencing the council’s income strategy.
- Ensuring compliance – Managing rent accounts in line with legislation, Data Protection Acts, and industry standards.

Salary Range:
£34,275 - £40,344
