Description
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and experienced individual to care for and manage the grounds of our private estates. This is a full-time role (approx. 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with some flexibility) starting August 2025.
Key Responsibilities

- Comprehensive care of lawns, flowers, trees, and seasonal landscaping
- General handyman duties including gutter clearing, gate repairs, fencing, and odd jobs
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation across the estate
- Working closely with the owner, who will provide direction and oversight
- 10+ years’ stable experience in estate management, gardening, or golf course groundskeeping
- Strong knowledge of grass care, trees, and flowers
- Self-sufficient, trustworthy, and positive in attitude
- Shows initiative and takes pride in their work
- Excellent references required; no job-hoppers please
