General Manager - TPS Tonbridge
Hours: full time Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary with a Generous OTE Scheme in place

The Role
We are seeking a General Manager to join Marshall Motor Group’s TPS branch in Tunbridge Wells. Reporting to our Group Aftersales Director, this role will see you leading day to day operations in a busy retail parts branch, and is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced parts professional with leadership experience, from either a franchised dealership or a retail parts business. In addition to you experience, you will demonstrate the following skills:
