Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate General Managers to lead the team at Notes Canary Wharf and Notes Victoria.

If you thrive delivering exceptional customer experiences, love great coffee, wine, cocktails, and craft beer, and enjoy leading by example, we’d love to hear from you!

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving profitability. Your leadership will inspire the team to create a welcoming environment, maintain high standards of quality, and build strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service
