We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our stable and high-performing team at Vertu Ford Stafford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual to continue our success and take the dealership to the next level.
We are offering a £50,000 basic salary with an OTE of up to £65,000, plus a company car and a range of company benefits.

We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the motor industry. The essential criteria for this role are:
- Main dealership experience
- Currently in a Sales Management position
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A history of driving sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication, organisational, and coaching abilities
