About the role:
The Aftermarket Product Team are looking for a tenacious and resilient, dealer/customer facing individual to lead Generator Parts Sales growth over the next year. This will involve creation and deployment of strategy to support delivery of the JCB Service 5 Year Plan initiatives.
What does this role involve day to day?
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to grow generator parts sales in key markets.
- Working closely with JCB dealers to support and drive their aftermarket sales performance.
- Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and work cross-functionally with internal teams to capitalize on them.
- Monitoring sales performance and market trends, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Supporting product training and promotional activities to increase awareness and sales.
This will be suited to you if
- You can effectively influence, build and maintain interdepartmental relationships across JCB Service, Sales and our Global Dealer Network. Working experience or an understanding of internal upstream processes including NPI, Supply Chain, Procurement, Pricing and Technical Publications would be beneficial. Experience in an Aftermarket Sales role with Global pricing and parts knowledge is desirable.
- You have technical working knowledge of the JCB Generator/Powertrain product range or an Engineering Degree would be advantageous, however, not essential.
- You have the ability to proficiently analyse market, product and internal data is a prerequisite to support commercial decisions and opportunity identification. The applicant must have effective communication skills and a positive ‘can do’ attitude to succeed in the role. PCM Management capability, Root Cause Analysis techniques and the ability to demonstrate performance via KPI’s are fundamental competencies required.
