CAN Ltd part of the RSK Group have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager in the civil engineering industry based in Chesterfield, UK.
CAN has a team of 5 Project Managers spread between the head office in Chesterfield and our office in Northfleet, Kent. We are looking for a Project Manager to be based at our Chesterfield office, working alongside the existing team and reporting to the Operations Director.

The Role
If you have a degree in engineering, construction, geology or similar and previous project management or civil engineering experience, please read on:
- Managing geotechnical (slope stabilisation) projects
- Managing teams of site personnel
- Detailed cost planning, variation management and forecasting
- Liaising with clients
- Control of project spend
- Procurement and management of materials and equipment selection
- Project financial reporting
- Managing quality & HSQE
- Full time
- Degree in engineering, construction, geology or similar
- Minimum 3 years project management experience
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Analytical thinking
- A professional approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Driving licence
