Are you passionate about developing the next generation of female football talent? Norwich City FC’s Football Development Programme is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Girls Coach to join our team.

About The Role

As a Girls Coach, you’ll deliver high-quality, engaging football sessions to help players grow their skills and love for the game. You’ll be an integral part of our mission to inspire and develop young female players across our Development Centres.

Key Details

• Locations:
• Cambourne: Mondays and Wednesdays
• Wisbech St Mary: Mondays
• Ely: Fridays
• Coaching Hours: 7.5 hours per week
  
  

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured, age-appropriate coaching sessions in line with Norwich City FC’s coaching philosophy.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and development.
• Monitor player progress and provide feedback to support their growth.
• Be an ambassador for Norwich City FC, promoting professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified football coach (minimum FA Level 1; Level 2 or UEFA C desirable).
• Experience working with youth players, particularly in a girls’ football environment.
• Passionate about developing young talent and promoting girls’ participation in football.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young players (valid DBS check required).
