We are seeking a Client Service Manager in London to provide coverage while a team member is on maternity leave. This role is essential to supporting our strategically important Global Banks division, a key driver of growth across our multi-regional business and investment franchises.
The Client Service Manager will report directly to the Head of Global Banks based in London.

We are seeking a Client Service Manager in London to provide coverage while a team member is on maternity leave. This role is essential to supporting our strategically important Global Banks division, a key driver of growth across our multi-regional business and investment franchises.
The Client Service Manager will report directly to the Head of Global Banks based in London.
What would your role be?
Client Services/ Sales Support
- Support and co-ordinate activity for the coverage teams for Tier 1 & 2 Global Banks across all involved Vontobel regions
- Maintain an actionable and measurable coverage plan for each Global Bank
- Ensure regular internal communication on each Global Bank’s coverage progress
- Systematically gather intelligence on each Global Bank across headquarters and local entities
- Assemble market intelligence on competitor moves and best practice
- Monitor growth targets per Global Bank by relevant investment franchise and geography
- Track progress against business plan for each Global Bank
- Assist the automated and standardized production of management intelligence for each Global Bank, linking CRM, MIS and pipeline information globally
- Act a point of contact for client requests and queries on the business development front
- 3 years+ experience working in the Financial Services industry in a sales/ client related capacity
- Client centric mindset combined with a genuine passion for investing
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong team player who is also able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent numeracy and writing skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and enthusiasm for working as part of a client-oriented team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly developed proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Salesforce
