iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Global Market Access Horizon Scanning Specialist VIE in our Market Access team you will be part of a multidisciplinary international team working closely with key internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

You will be responsible for scanning the fast-evolving access and launch environment across our major markets. You will support our annual strategic market access horizon scanning exercise combining market research, payer intelligence and analytics. In this role, he/she will gather high-quality insights and will develop a deep knowledge of international health systems.

You will also support key workstreams of the digital roadmap. You will work with teams across the business in different functions and therapeutic areas to understand and articulate their use cases. You will be working with internal and external teams to identify digital solutions and build project plans to deliver them.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a web-based Resource Hub Library. Lead a bi-monthly news roundup for the Sanofi market access community worldwide.
• Manage ad hoc intelligence requests using a wide range of tools and databases. Prepare briefings and presentations on pressing and important topics.
• Support with preparations of deep review cross-functional workshops with country and therapeutic area market access teams
• Work with the Global Market Access Lead to develop digital use cases, based on the business needs.
• Collaborate closely with the Sanofi digital team to ensure the translation of market access, pricing and HEVA (Health Economics and Value Assessment) team’s needs into clear use cases.
• Assess external vendors capabilities to identify possible collaborations for specific use cases.
• Manage external vendor support for key project ensuring they are delivering specifications on time.
• Ensure all use cases are mapped and prioritised onto our digital roadmap.
• Support with preparations with senior stakeholders including the Market Access Digital Steer-co and the Digital governance meetings.
• Support the Global Market Access Lead in tracking and communicating the digital roadmap, including regular meetings, Yammer post, videos.
  
  

Experience

About you

• 1 – 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within international or multicultural environment. Preferably in Market Access/Health Economics.  
  
  

Soft And Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). 
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry is beneficial. 
• Product/Digital experience and knowledge of agile workflows.
• Experience in project management with strong analytical & organizational skills. 
• Attention to detail, organized, structured and follow-up skills. 
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong presentation skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with colleagues across multiple cultures and time zones. 
• Demonstrates positive attitude, proactive, embraces collaborative team atmosphere and comfortable with dynamic environment. 
  
  

Education

• Master’s degree in in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, epidemiology, health policy, business, economics or a related field. 
  
  

Languages

• Fluent English.
• French is a plus but not a prerequisite.
