About the role
We're looking for an experienced Global Marketing Project Coordinator to join Forvis Mazars Global Limited. You will be a key role in supporting the marketing activities, operations, and project management at the Global level.
This role involves collaborating with marketing and communication colleagues from both the U.S. and international firms (“Group”) to project manage collaborative initiatives, processes and accountability for marketing programs that elevate brand awareness and consideration for Forvis Mazars worldwide.
This role reports to the Executive Director of Forvis Mazars Global, based in the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure seamless project coordination by developing or refining processes to meet business needs. Facilitate collaboration and elevate/address potential conflicts to key stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the Forvis Mazars Global website, ensuring content is current, relevant and posted in a timely manner.
- Support the US and Group marketing content teams by maintaining content calendars and assist in deploying content through existing channels. This may include thought leadership, case studies, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Manage an editorial calendar that aggregates content from both the U.S. and Group. Suggest ways to leverage and optimize impact.
- Provide internal meeting support including preparation of agendas, working with Marketing and business leaders on content, and reporting out actions and next steps.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure projects are aligned with objectives and timing, to effectively meet project deadlines.
- Maintain project timelines, monitor and track project progress, and pivot quickly when priorities shift.
- Craft compelling internal communication guidance materials and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Develop and reinforce standard operating procedures.
- Track and analyse the performance of the Network in supporting both firms, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to share key metrics and insights with leadership.
- Assist the Marketing team in marketing programs and project manage initiatives as they arise including global events, webinars, website, and other promotional activities aligned with the global go-to-market strategy.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a similar global role in a matrix organisation
- Project management experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in building and presenting dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent people and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders and other cross-functional teams
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
