Working on our international client portfolio within the global commercial team, you will work closely with Account Managers, Account Directors, Sales, local Project Managers and Marketers to ensure that commercial campaigns are managed faultlessly and client goals are always exceeded.
Working with a variety of global clients and agencies, you will work collaboratively to scope and distribute campaigns across our award-winning international titles (ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Esquire among others). Campaign activity includes, but is not limited to, branded content offerings, custom videos, social content, display units and cross-platform takeovers.
You will lead every aspect of campaign success across multiple international markets and be fully responsible for all post-sales client activity once content is produced. Your goal will be to maintain the best service on setting up campaigns across multiple countries to meet client objectives, and build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
About The Role
Pre-sales
- Collaborate with the Account Manager(s), Account Director(s) as well as the Sales teams and Marketing (where applicable) to advise on technical feasibility of globally distributing pitched content and global timings in order to create a response that meets and exceeds the client expectations.
Production
- Align with local project managers & content studio(s) on every digital campaign and work with them to facilitate the build of assets and creation of content prior to distributing content to all markets.
Campaign management
- Own the client and/or sales relationship post-sale, delivering a first class client service that goes beyond the live campaign and focussing on retention, repeat bookings and campaign up weights.
- Building long-term relationships with agency and client contacts through regular communication including email, phone and in person meetings and events.
- Effectively manage the campaign life cycle through Syndication Management best practice:
- Liaise with local market digital stakeholders to build campaign timelines
- Ensure all aspects of distributing produced content are met in fast manner to meet campaign’s live dates & KPI goals
- Trouble-shooting where and if needed in support of local markets distributing global content
- Communicate campaign setup progress to the client throughout the syndication phase
- Work with the Global Account Manager and Global Paid Media team on social strategy to ensure all assets are correctly produced, delivered & set-up
- Educate and assist on all areas digital for both internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively look for ways to enable the Digital Sales team & Account Managers and add value for clients and agencies.
- General commercial awareness of campaign budgets & costs attached to production & markets involved
Post campaign
- Produce screenshots document to track every activity in the process of setting it live, re-assuring clients that all is launched as required with involved markets
- Set up wrap up meetings internally for all campaigns with Account Manager, local project managers (where applicable) and studio contacts to optimise global process & reflect on areas of success and improvement
About You
- Italian language required, as this position is focused on our Italian client patch
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills; able to work effectively under pressure
