We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our successful bid writing team in Camberley.
Your mission
As a Graduate in the Proposals team you will be:
- Supporting bid teams in shaping, writing and editing winning tender responses
- Developing case studies to capture evidence from our projects for use in tenders
- Creating CVs to showcase project team skills and experience
- Attending and helping to facilitate writing plan workshops
- Participating and contributing in review meetings
- Assisting teams to develop presentations
Who are we looking for?
- Completed Degree in the last 2 years or due to complete in 2025
- Competent in writing clear and grammatically correct English
- A talent and interest in crafting compelling content
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Diligent with the drive to deliver to strict deadlines
