Graduate Electrical Engineering Consultant to join its office in Leatherhead within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.

Responsibilities
Under the guidance of experienced consultants, you’ll:
- Contribute to technical proposals, project delivery, and client presentations.
- Conduct hands-on laboratory work, including high-voltage electrical testing and forensic examinations of equipment like transformers and switchgear.
- Support site-based projects, witnessing electrical testing, investigating failures, and working in locations like solar parks, data centres, and wind farms.
- Use your analytical skills in the office, performing finite element modelling, cable current rating calculations, and design reviews.
- Travel up to 10–25% of the time to meet client needs and explore new challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field.
- A hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving.
- A full UK driving licence (or actively working toward obtaining one).
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A team player with an inquisitive mindset and a desire to learn.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a client-focused approach.
