Graduate IT Support / IT Helpdesk First Line Cloud Technician -
OFFICE BASED ROLE (WOKING), must be in a commutable distance (45minutes)

The CloudTech24 global HQ is located in Woking, Surrey although we have multiple other office locations including operations in Dubai and Philippines. We are looking for an individual with a "can do" attitude who has a strong interest and an appetite for success to join our service desk as a first line cloud technician.
This role is an office-based role
Job Description:
Be front line support on the service desk, answering phone calls and working tickets through our ticketing system, supporting our clients with their IT issues.
Provide technical fixes and advice for our customer base, working through our remote management software to access customer machines.
Provide outstanding customer service on a daily basis, being personable towards our customers ensuring their requests are dealt with promptly.
Creating documentation for the Service Desk Knowledge base to help reduce time taken on tricky tickets.
Work alongside our IT operations and security teams, supporting where needed and helping with basic issues and requests.
Working towards a set of monthly KPIs which help the service desk improve on a monthly basis
Personal Qualities:
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload closely.
Ability to explain IT issues to non-IT users with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstration of success in a multi-functional role
Located in commutable distance to Woking.
Computer literate - working knowledge of office applications.
A drive to improve knowledge and skills
