• Provide excellent support to both candidates and clients by sourcing and attracting exceptional talent.
• Conduct in-depth research and market mapping to stay ahead of trends and identify new opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, interviewing them to assess their experience, motivations, and suitability for available positions.
• Advertise current vacancies, headhunt, and actively seek referrals to attract top-tier candidates.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships, contributing to the expansion of our client base.
