About The Role:
As a Consultant at Linnk Group, you will play a vital role in our Contract recruitment division within one of our regional markets (UK/Europe, Saudi Arabia, or UAE). Your primary focus will be on driving consistent sales growth and enhancing margins in line with budget expectations. We will support your personal and professional growth by providing a tailored training program to help you achieve your ambitions. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Actively source and qualify candidates.
- Building strong client relationships.
- Winning new business.
- Manage the client’s needs and expectations.
