Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Ideal for Competitive University Athletes

Location: London – Liverpool Street

Salary: £26,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000)

What You’ll Do as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

• Own the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing top tech talent, to working directly with clients across the US.
• Build your own desk through networking, market research, and relationship-building.
• Close deals and celebrate your success with uncapped commission and real progression.

• You’ve played competitive sport (especially first team, BUCS, or captain roles)
• You’re resilient, competitive, and self-motivated
