A leading London university is seeking an experienced Interim Grants & Financial Processes Manager to lead a high-performing team overseeing research and enterprise grant accounts.
You’ll manage complex funding streams, ensure compliance with funder rules, and support academic budget holders with timely, accurate reporting. This hands-on role combines financial rigour with process improvement — ideal for a qualified accountant or grants specialist with HE or charity sector experience.
Key focus:
✔️ Team leadership (3–4 direct reports)
