Description
We are looking to recruit 3 Green Space Apprentices, to work within the Parks & Countryside Service to help to manage & improve our varied range of parks & green open spaces.
We are looking to recruit applicants that have a genuine passion, interest, and desire to improve the green spaces of our great city.
Full training will be given, and the successful applicants will be expected to work towards, and achieve, the L2 Landscaping Operative qualification.
Applicants should also be aware that this often practical/physical work, is mainly outdoors, and does involve working in different & often challenging weather conditions.
If you feel that you can make a difference within the City Council, and that you aspire to learn a range of skills to help develop the physical outdoor environment, then this could be for you.
Required to start in September.
