At GRM CIB UK Risk Transformation, we lead transformation initiatives within GRM CIB teams, focusing on processes and data quality.

Our work is centered on:

• Driving the transformation of the unit by enhancing process efficiency and improving data quality.
• Leading transformational projects within the area.
• Providing training and support to GRM CIB teams.
• Managing risk initiatives within CIB in alignment with the group’s risk strategy.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Managing and executing transformation projects aimed at optimizing and improving processes.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and collaborating with different GRM CIB teams to implement solutions.
• Driving process reengineering and automation initiatives.
• Gaining a deep understanding of risk management processes and contributing new ideas and improvements.
• Interacting with colleagues across CIB, as well as other departments.

Requirements for this position include:

Academic Background:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.

Valued Knowledge:

• Understanding of wholesale credit risk and market risk.
• Knowledge of risk processes and risk management functions.
• Experience in managing and executing transformation projects focused on process optimization and improvement.
• Familiarity with process reengineering techniques and methodologies.
• Knowledge of data transformation platforms (ADA).
• Advanced knowledge in Python.

Professional Experience:

• Experience in process management, organizational change, and project management.
• Experience in risk management.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience.

​

Languages:

• English: C1 level. Other languages are also valued.
• Spanish would be a plus.
