Group Charter Sales Consultant - £35,000pa +10% Uncapped Commission

If you are looking for an opportunity to break into the world of sales, Air Charter Service are currently hiring ambitious and driven candidates to join our Commercial Jets Division as a Sales Consultant.

Whether you have previous sales experience, have worked in a customer facing role or just have a keen interest in sales and are motivated by constant development, this could be the position for you!

Working for the largest charter brokerage as a Trainee Sales Broker you will be responsible for organising and arranging group charters of 20 or more passengers.

Joining the company as a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 13 month as you become familiar with the role and industry. During this time, you will see first-hand what goes into ensuring a group charter goes off with ease.

You will have intensive training on process, procedure and knowledge of how to put together flight briefs & flight sets ups whilst working closely with clients and airlines during the flight process. You will learn everything from how to build a successful sales list work with HNWI and of course, how to administer a charter flight all whilst delivering service beyond expectation.

The Individual:

When it comes to training ACS have you covered but there are a number of things needed from you to be successful in this role. We are looking for candidates who:

• Previous experience working in a customer facing role is essential
• Airline or airport experience is desired
• Excellent customer service skills, client focused with the ability to build strong relationships
• Exceptional communication skills - fluency in a second language is an advantage
• Ambitious, motivated and willing to learn new skills & industry
• Hardworking and flexible, this role is not simply 9-5
• Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
• *MUST be able to travel frequently & often at short notice*
• Must hold a full UK drivers license
  
  

Based in this location, you will receive a starting salary of £35,000 per annum. After successfully meeting all targets by month 11, you will be eligible to receive a non-sales bonus of £500 per month for 6 months.
