Group Director of Sales & Marketing

Salary up to £100,000-115,000

We’re entering an exciting new chapter, investing £15 million to transform our frontline care systems and raise standards across the board. We're looking for an exceptional strategic marketer to drive our occupancy levels to enable us to provide care for even more people.

This is a newly created role and as our new Group Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll mould your skills and experience honed in a competitive commercial environment to drive a sales and marketing culture across our Group that delivers levels of financial sustainability leading to investment in innovation and people.

You’ll bring a strong track record of leading a marketing and sales function and delivering high impact strategies in a B2C environment. Your ability to lead both external and internal marketing and communications will be critical in this role, and you will intrinsically appreciate how to work across a diverse organisation.
