Are you a Group Financial Accountant with a strong grasp of IFRS and experience in a multinational environment? Ready to join a leading global company and play a key role in our financial operations? Look no further! We are seeking an ambitious Group Financial Accountant to join our expanding finance team. 🌍💼

Your Daily Quest: 🌎

As a Group Financial Accountant at Wireless Logic, you'll play a pivotal role in the financial reporting process, managing consolidated statutory accounts, and ensuring compliance with IFRS across the organization. Here's what you'll be doing day-to-day:

• Prepare & review consolidated financial statements under IFRS standards. 📊
• Provide financial insights post-acquisition, collaborating with key internal stakeholders. 🤝
• Lead merger & acquisition accounting entries and ensure accuracy. 📈
• Oversee the preparation of year-end statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with all required disclosures. 📅
• Take charge of audit preparation and manage any related queries. 🔍
• Handle the monthly intercompany reconciliation process, resolving discrepancies. 🔄
• Support consolidated revenue reporting and ensure figures are reconciled across the Group. 💰
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies & controls across all subsidiaries. ⚖️

The Secret Sauce: 🍨

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience preparing consolidated statutory accounts in a multinational environment. 🌍
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation processes.
• Expertise in advanced Excel, comfortable working with large datasets. 📊
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex financial data from multiple sources. 🔎
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) accounting is a plus. 💼
• The ability to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 🗣️
• A passion for process improvement and continuous enhancement. 🔧
