Group Financial Controller
Based in Milton Keynes
£120K + bonus
Investigo are delighted to support this rapidly growing SME based in Milton Keynes who are seeking a new Group Financial Controller. The Group comprises of 5 legal entities and will be heavily responsible in recruiting and reshaping the existing finance team.
Prior experience to managing a large team is essential as the role will be heavily involved in day-to-day management and setting clear objectives and driving a best in class finance team.
The business is looking to grow via acquisition and this role will be supporting any integration required.
The role is 3 days a week in Milton Keynes with flexibility on start/ finish times, delivery and results are key.
Key Duties
- Managing a finance team of c16 heads with 4 direct reports.
- Production of the consolidation of financial results from multiple subsidiaries and business units.
- Develop and strengthen financial systems, processes and controls within the newly implemented ERP system with an ongoing focus on driving continuous improvements.
- Heavily involved in M&A activity including integration
Experience Required
- Must be professionally qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong experience in delivering finance transformation within a financial control environment
- Technically strong with sound knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards.
