Group Corporate Accountant - Multi-site Hospitality

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £80,000 + 10% Bonus + Strong Benefits Package

The Group Corporate Accountant will work in a varied role, encompassing management reporting, FP&A, commercial finance and process improvement. You will report to an impressive Group Financial Controller and work in a collaborate environment. The company is known for its friendly culture with strong benefits and regular social events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare FP&A and financial control packs – providing key insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ownership of month-end – ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Collaboration with group functions – partnering with teams across the business to enhance financial understanding.
• Lead the budget and reforecasting process – working closely with the wider finance team.
• Financial analysis – identifying trends and opportunities to drive business performance.
• Drive process improvements – streamlining financial reporting and controls.

About You:

• ACA qualified accountant with industry experience
• 2-4 years post-qualified experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence key stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills.
