As Group Product Manager for Growth & Account, you will lead the next evolution of our digital experience, creating personalised, seamless, and intuitive journeys that drive customer engagement and fuel business growth across our European domains.
Changing the world of pet food for good
We’re Tails.com, a dog food subscription company with a big difference. We create truly tailored food for each and every dog we serve. It all starts by asking a few simple questions about your dog. Then we use that information to create your pets unique Tails.com recipe – so your dog gets exactly the nutrition they need, in the taste they love, delivered to their door every month. It’s clever stuff.
We’ve got bold plans. Having created an entirely new category in pet food, we’re now scaling fast in the UK and Europe and backed by Purina, one of the world’s largest pet food companies. You’ll join a bunch of smart people working towards the same goals and a bunch of smart-ish dogs, all working on their own thing.

The role
This role reports to the Head of Product and works closely with the Group Product Manager for Nutrition & Platform to create exceptional digital experiences. Our product team may be small, but it’s mighty and we’re looking for a leader who can inspire and drive a team of 2–3 Product Managers in this space.
As Group Product Manager for Growth & Account, you will own the digital journeys that convert visits into loyal customers covering CRO, SEO, Sign-up Flow, Account, and Shop. Looking ahead, Personalisation and AI will play a key role in our next phase of growth and this role will be instrumental in shaping that future.
The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of our customers, knowing what they need before they even know they need it. You'll craft seamless, high-impact experiences that drive conversion and retention, all while ensuring a frictionless and engaging journey.
As a key member of the Product team, you’ll work closely with our colleagues across trade, marketing, insight and data teams. You’ll drive a fast-paced, test-and-learn approach, knowing when to nurture and refine features and when to pivot. Ultimately, you will shape and execute a product roadmap that balances business growth with customer needs, ensuring long-term success.
