About the Role: Group Tax Manager

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

The role is responsible for Tax compliance for all companies in the Group. Job covers Direct tax, indirect tax, PE and Transfer pricing considerations.

• Timely and accurate compliance with local statutory filing
• Tax optimization across Group companies using Tax grouping, incentives, etc.
• Analyse and manage Tax due diligence
• Stay updated with evolving legislations, recent judgements, etc.
• Maintain strong knowledge base and work closely with advisors to keep updated of recent developments and opportunities.
• Work closely with accounting teams or service providers for local filing. With a view on cost optimisation.
• Maintain up-to-date simulation of specific arrangements like carry forwards, capital allowances, etc. Retain awareness in the team to comply with applicable conditions.
• Conduct regular quality reviews of VAT returns and maintain awareness within the team for the correct classification.
• Maintain manuals and procedures and be the best in class in terms of Tax due diligence for the Group.
• Study and comment in tax due diligence of counter parties where required.
• Will be responsible for preparation and filing or returns, statements, etc. for all major companies.
• Maintain full documentation of service contracts, country file, company master files, TP studies, benchmarking, etc. for annual compliance, in advance.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• With 5 years of experience in international taxation
• With experience of working in ERP
