Growth Consultant

What you'll do

As a Customer Growth Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue

growth within Emarsys' existing client portfolio. Your focus will be on

identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, executing group expansion

strategies, and ensuring the seamless delivery of value to our customers.

• Collaborate with Client Success Managers to identify and execute
• opportunities that expand contracts and revenue.
• Use your knowledge of Emarsys solutions to drive meaningful
• conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and execute value-driven sales proposals, negotiate contracts,
• and close deals to meet revenue goals.
• Proactively prospect within our portfolio, fostering relationships to drive
• strategic group expansions.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience
• and ensure alignment with their goals.

What you bring

• Experience: 2–4 years in software sales, ideally in SaaS.
• Skills: Proven ability to meet sales quotas through upselling and cross-
• selling; strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Expertise: Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM software, or
• marketing automation tools.
• Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-
• paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Confident in product demos and discussions of
• technical topics such as data integration and APIs.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is essential.
