As the GVAT Client Process Excellence and Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the client relationship in the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, covering both indirect tax compliance and digital requirements such as e-invoicing and real-time reporting. Your work will include identifying and implementing process improvements, driving operational efficiencies, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance service delivery.
This position demands exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple cross functional projects simultaneously, and strong communication skills. You will play a central, cross-functional role—acting as the “spider in the web”— connecting various both internal and external stakeholders and ensuring seamless execution across processes.
You will make an impact by:
- Leading and coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring alignment with global VAT compliance, e-invoicing, and digital reporting requirements.
- Managing client relationships: Acting as a trusted advisor to our clients, with an aim to grow the professional and financial relationship we hold with our clients.
- Acting as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams, translating complex functional client needs into streamlined, scalable processes.
- Leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance client onboarding, compliance monitoring, and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with tax, technology, operations, and client service teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Experience in the Indirect Tax transformation space.
- Good understanding of data transformation tools such as Alteryx, SQL and preferably Python.
- Good understanding of VAT and indirect taxes in a cross-border context.
